Nick Perigo is entering his sixth year of coaching with the Crush program.  Perigo has assisted on a variety of teams, from the original 14U Crush team to an 18U fall team to most recently serving as an assistant on the 13U Orange team.  Prior to coaching with Crush, Perigo was vice-president of, and coached in, the Bellingham Cal Ripken organization.  He was an assistant coach on the 2010 12U 70’ Cal Ripken North Washington State Champion team out of Bellingham.

Nick was born and raised in Bellingham, graduating from Bellingham High School in 2005.  In 2009 he graduated from Western Washington University with a BA in Recreation and minor in business administration.  In 2013 he completed coursework at Western, earning his Washington State Teaching Certificate.  Most recently (August 2016) he graduated from WWU with a Master in Education, focusing in educational administration.  Nick is currently the Dean of Students at Alderwood Elementary School in the Bellingham Public Schools.

Outside of baseball, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events, and serving as a certified football official with the Whatcom-Skagit-Island Football Officials Association.
